Grow
After you’ve finished with the Start part, it’s time to jump head-first into the Grow part. You’ve finished your business plan, your company is oranized into a legal entity, your professional looking web site is up and running, so what’s next? If you have adequate funding to launch your business, then it’s time to start your marketing part. And if you’re like most start-ups, you’re going to do it on a shoestring budget. You should have this laid out in your business plan, so you know what to do next. If not, you need to revisit your business plan.
If you don’t have adequate funding, then it’s time to be about getting it. There are a number of ways to obtain your funding, but we always recommend you seek conventional financing first. If you’ve tried that unsuccessfully, then angel or venture capital is what you should try next.
The Walker Entrepreneurial Group can advise you on your best approach and perhaps help get you in touch with the right people.
